Components of the workout app
- Learn your first pull-up, handstand and pistol squat with my additional pull-up, handstand and pistol squat program.
- Learn your first pull-up, handstand, and pistol squat with my additional Pull-Up, Handstand 1 & 2, and Pistol Squat program.
- Mobility exercises are integrated into each workout to use the full range of motion of each exercise and prevent injuries.
- No matter what level you are at, the full body workouts include alternative options that you can choose based on your level to avoid frustration.
- Get seven training cycles (7 weeks each) designed to build muscle definition, optimize recovery, and increase performance in strength, endurance, and mobility.
- Track your weights, repetitions etc. directly in the app to see your progress.
- Set new stimuli with varied and structured workouts. All strength workouts consist of a mixture of strength, functional bodybuilding, and strength endurance.

Yes! You have access to a personal chat with me (Marie Steffen). I look forward to supporting you
on your journey in German or English !
Yes! You can drag and drop your training sessions according to your personal schedule.
NO! You can also replace running sessions with swimming, cycling, classes such as Crossfit, pole dancing or sports such as tennis and other ball sports. You can also skip them entirely if you only want to focus on strength training.
The strength workouts are designed for gym equipment (primarily barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, plyo box resistance bands, and a foam roller). However, you will always see an option for minimal equipment at home for certain exercises. This allows you to customize the workout based on your available equipment. Minimal equipment refers to: Resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
You will see a demo video for each exercise. Your membership also includes my personal technical feedback on up to five videos per month so that you feel safe and confident.
The strength workouts take about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. The express version takes 30-40 minutes.
The endurance training sessions last between 15 and 60 minutes. The workouts build on each other in terms of distance and intensity each week so that your body can adapt to them. You will also find an express version of the endurance workouts in the description of the respective workout.
10-20 minutes are planned for the active rest workout.

This full-body training plan helps you to build muscle efficiently and reduce body fat / achieve muscle definition.
However, the most crucial determinator when losing weight or building muscle is whether you eat in a calorie surplus or deficit. You will find a goal guide in the training app that makes choosing the right nutritional approach easy.
