This is a group coaching program, so 1:1 feedback or fully customized plans aren’t included.That said, you’ll still feel personally supported:

✅ You’ll have access to live calls with personal Q&A where you can ask your questions directly (spoken or written)
✅ I will refer to your profile when you ask questions, so the advice you receive is still tailored to your situation.
What if I fall behind or miss a week?
No stress! You’ll have ongoing access to all materials and call recordings.The program runs for 12 weeks, but you’ll keep access to everything for 4 full months, so you can go at your own pace and catch up anytime.
Is this program suitable if I want to build muscle, lose fat, regain my period - or improve performance?
Yes – the tools and strategies in this program support all of those goals.In your onboarding form, you’ll share your top priorities so I can focus the education, Q&As, and group support around the most common goals in the community – and help you understand how to prioritize them and what’s best for you to start with based on your current situation.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Expect to spend around 1-2 hours per week, including check-ins, reflection, learning, and applying what you’ve learned.This program is designed to work with your life – not against it.👉 If you want something to change, you’ll need to try something new – and I’ll help you make it doable.
Is the program more focused on training or nutrition?
It’s nutrition-focused, with guidance for training but no individual workout plan.You’ll get support for things like:
- Fueling your training for better results

Will there be live calls? What if I can't attend?

No strict rules here – you’ll have flexible options based on your personality, goals, and lifestyle.You’ll get:

- No rigid meal plan – because your nutrition should fit your life, preferences, and real-life availability
